Special Olympics NH
FCC has shown dedication, commitment and compassion towards serving the Special Olympics New Hampshire community year after year through their volunteerism with the local Manchester Young Athletes program as well as running the Mini-Jav competition at our annual State Summer Games. First Congregational Church took on the challenge of owning the Mini-Jav competition years ago and have made us better as a result of it – they have improved the competitive experience for our athletes and they receive countless compliments from athletes, coaches and parents. Their enthusiasm and kindness shine through in all that they do, and we appreciate the value they bring to our organization.
Unlocking The True Essence of Community: My Journey with FCC
In my youth, attending church meant little more than a weekly ritual – a perfunctory visit, a passing acquaintance with faith. But all that changed when I discovered the vibrant community at FCC. At first glance, FCC may seem like any other church, but within its walls lies a transformative power that transcends mere attendance. Here church is not just a place; It’s a profound connection to a family you never knew you had. The people of FCC are the heartbeat of this community. From noticing your absence to engaging with unwavering care and compassion, the individuals become more than acquaintances – they become your second family. FCC is not just a stop on my spiritual journey; it’s the very path I walk. Each time I step through those doors, I’m enveloped in the love and support of a family united by faith.
