Music Ministry
FCC has a dynamic and inclusive music ministry for all ages. Our adult ensembles and special musicians enrich our worship with joyful songs.
Chancel Choir
This is an intergenerational ensemble, which sings at the 10:00 a.m. worship service each week, except the last Sunday of the month.
The Chancel Choir rehearses on Wednesday nights from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. The choir also performs in special concerts and services throughout the year such as Music Sunday, Gospel Sunday, and our Christmas Cantata Concert. Everyone ages middle school and older are welcome to participate.
Organ
FCC is blessed to have a well-maintained Austin pipe organ that is played by Adam Peithmann, our Director of Music Ministry. The organ is used to accompany hymns and anthems as well as provide special music such as preludes and postludes.
Concerts
FCC has a vibrant music ministry program which includes concerts throughout the year. These concerts feature talent within the church and special musical guests from the local community.
The concerts are free, non-ticketed events followed by a free-will offering that benefits the music ministry or a local charity. Our next concert is our annual Christmas Cantata. Click the link below to learn more
